Sorry, I had no wifi in my hospital room (clearly they knew I needed to rest). I came home last last night. I had one complication, my pouch decided to leak so they had to go back and reinforce it. Other than that I am ok. I didn't expect a NG tube in my nose or a foley cath post op but the docs said they needed to monitor my hydration. I posted 2 pics, but beware...if you are freaked out easily don't look. The first pic is just a face and the second pic is my tummy-no sexy undies lol.

PS: I hope this all makes sense, the doc's gave me good drugs. LOL

I had a Foley Cathereter too. My last favorite thing. Felt like I was peeing all the time.

I'm glad things went well, hope your recovery is smooth.

Sorry to hear that you had to go back to surgery. I had surgey on 9/8 and stayed one extra night due to fever. Nothing was off with blood or urine so I came home on Friday. Today I went off all pain pills and am feeling pretty good. Go for 10 minute walks but I am pretty tired after thatn Using premier Protein and having no trouble getting it down....I actually feel like I am drinking a chocolate milkshake.
